PROSPEERA — Terms of Service

The Service is available to users aged 13 and above; minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent to register and to pay.

Keep your password private — you are accountable for everything done through your account. Report any suspected misuse to us at support@igniterapp.com right away.

On enrolment you get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the course for your individual use. Copying, sharing, recording or reselling content is not permitted.

Your access lasts as long as the course remains live on PROSPEERA, unless we suspend it for a violation of these Terms.

Course prices are shown on the Service in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect a course you have already paid for.

Our separate Refund Policy on this site explains when you can claim a refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Courses that have already been largely consumed or downloaded may not qualify for a refund, unless the law requires otherwise.

Everything on the Service — course videos, notes, tests, logos and other content — belongs to PROSPEERA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Using the Service does not give you any ownership of that material.

You are free to leave and delete your account whenever you wish. We may limit, suspend or end your access where you break these Terms, where the law requires it, or if PROSPEERA stops operating on the platform.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not pirate, copy, or redistribute content; attempt to bypass payment or access controls; upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing material; or interfere with the Service’s security or operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

We provide the Service and its content “as is”, for educational use only. We strive for accuracy and uptime, but PROSPEERA cannot promise specific exam outcomes, continuous availability, or completely error-free material.

So far as the law allows, PROSPEERA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Liabilities that Indian law does not permit to be excluded remain unaffected.

Indian law governs these Terms, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Where a change is significant we will give in-app notice and update the “Last updated” date shown above, and your continued use signals acceptance of the new Terms.
